Recharge balance and subscribe to services
Echo system now supports recharge via WeChat Pay and Alipay.
Recharge Balance
To recharge, navigate to Settings → Balance

Supported Payment Methods
- WeChat Pay: Complete recharge by scanning QR code with WeChat
- Alipay: Complete recharge by scanning QR code with Alipay
Recharge amounts are credited instantly. You can view your current balance and transaction history on the balance page.
Subscribe to Services
Once you have balance in your account, you can subscribe to services. Service subscription is available at Settings → Subscription

Complete subscription payment using your account balance
Enjoy the service immediately after successful subscription

Subscription services will automatically deduct fees from your balance based on your selected billing cycle (monthly/yearly). Please ensure sufficient balance to avoid service interruption.
Transaction History
On the balance page, you can view:
- Current Balance: Available account balance
- Recharge History: Historical recharge records
- Transaction History: Subscription charges and other expenses
- Bill Details: Detailed information for each transaction

What if recharge fails?
If recharge fails, please check:
- Payment method is working properly
- Network connection is stable
- Payment amount meets requirements
If the issue persists, please contact customer support.
How to cancel subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime on the subscription page. After cancellation:
- Service remains available until the end of current billing cycle
- No automatic renewal
- Paid fees are non-refundable
Can I get a refund for my balance?
Account balance is currently non-refundable, but can be:
- Used to subscribe to any service
- Valid indefinitely with no expiration
- Applied to future features and services
